Had a great emotionally charged & delightful evening at the Z Art Centre, Manchester. Thank you Tonya! There’s an Eve in all of us (women ) & as a fellow woman, I am proud of the Eve in me & the Eve you portrayed…. Sitting in the car with my husband outside our home discussing the audacity of “Gary & Tony”…. There are plenty of Sheilas, Sheila’s fathers, Marcias & Pastor Rileys in this world. May God have mercy!! Something that started out so enlightening with such undertones that almost ended in horror, yet showed the bravery, strength & grace of Sheila. Tonya, your beginning, of being in church reading your bible, seeking & being in the presence of God was the first sighting of who Sheila’s heart & who she was, was classic! Keep up the fantastic work!
